Your HearWell™ Elite makes switching profiles simple:

1. Triple-tap either hearing aid to cycle to the next profile
2. You'll hear a subtle tone indicating the new profile
3. The 6 profiles cycle in order: Home → Work → Restaurant → Outdoor → Music → Custom

No phone or app needed. Everything is controlled right from your hearing aids.

Your Elite pairs like regular Bluetooth headphones:

1. Put your Elite in your ears
2. Go to your device's Bluetooth settings (phone, tablet, TV, or computer)
3. Look for 'HearWell Elite' and tap to pair
4. Accept the pairing request

Once paired, audio from calls, music, and videos will stream directly to your Elite. You can pair with multiple devices and switch between them easily.

Your HearWell™ Elite works with ANY Bluetooth-enabled device:

• Phones: iPhone, Android, any smartphone
• Tablets: iPad, Android tablets
• TVs: Smart TVs with Bluetooth
• Computers: Mac, Windows PC, laptops
• Other: Any device with Bluetooth audio

No special app required. Just pair like you would with regular Bluetooth headphones.

Yes! Your HearWell™ Elite acts as premium wireless earbuds:

• Music: Stream from any music app with excellent sound quality
• Calls: Answer calls directly. The built-in microphones provide clear voice pickup
• Podcasts/Audiobooks: Listen through your hearing aids
• Videos: Watch TV or YouTube with synced audio

To answer a call, single-tap either device. To end, single-tap again.

If Bluetooth audio is intermittent:

• Keep your device within 10 meters (33 feet)
• Ensure your device's Bluetooth is on and the Elite is connected
• Close unused applications that might be using audio
• Try forgetting and re-pairing the device in Bluetooth settings
• Make sure your Elite is charged

Note: Streaming uses more battery. Expect ~24 hours with heavy streaming vs. 36 hours without.

The HearWell™ Elite provides up to 36 hours on a full charge, the longest in our lineup.

Battery life varies by usage:

• Without streaming: ~36 hours
• With moderate streaming: ~24-28 hours
• With heavy streaming: ~20-24 hours

The UV charging case provides 5+ additional full charges, giving you over a week of use between plug-ins.

Your Elite's UV case sanitizes your hearing aids automatically:

• UV-C light activates when you close the lid
• A 3-minute cycle kills 99.9% of bacteria and germs
• The UV light is completely safe. It only operates when closed
• A small LED indicates UV cycle is active

The UV cleaning happens alongside charging, so your Elite is always fresh and ready.

If your HearWell™ Elite isn't charging:

• Clean the gold contacts with a dry cloth
• Ensure hearing aids are properly seated (magnetic click)
• Check the case has power (LEDs illuminate when opened)
• Try a different USB-C cable
• Verify the UV cycle isn't running (wait for it to complete)

The Elite includes 5 sizes (XS/S/M/L/XL) for the perfect fit. A proper seal is essential for:

• Optimal noise cancellation in Restaurant profile
• Best audio quality during Bluetooth streaming
• Secure fit during active use

Try different sizes until you find one that feels snug but comfortable. A good seal makes a big difference!

The Elite supports simple touch gestures:

• Single tap: Play/pause music or answer/end calls
• Double tap: Next track
• Triple tap: Cycle hearing profiles
• Tap and hold: Activate voice assistant (Siri/Google)

All controls are right on your hearing aids. No phone needed!

While the UV case sanitizes, regular physical cleaning is still important:

• Use the premium brush and pick tool included
• Wipe with the microfiber cloth daily
• Clean ear tips separately with mild soap and water (dry completely before reattaching)
• Never insert anything into the speaker ports

The Elite is designed for easy maintenance, and the UV case handles most hygiene needs.

The HearWell™ Elite has IP67 water resistance, the highest in our lineup:

• ✓ Sweat from intense workouts

• ✓ Splashes
• ✓ Brief submersion (up to 30 minutes at 1 meter)

However, we still recommend removing before swimming or showering for longevity. If submerged, dry thoroughly and run a UV cycle before next use.
