HearWell™ Pro Support

Your HearWell™ Pro has 4 modes optimized for different situations:

• Conversation Mode: Best for one-on-one and small group conversations. Focuses on speech clarity. Use this as your default.
• Crowd Mode: Reduces background noise in busy environments like restaurants, parties, or shopping centers.
• TV Mode: Optimized for watching television. Enhances dialogue clarity while maintaining natural sound effects.
• Comfort Mode: Gentle amplification for quiet environments like reading at home or relaxing. Reduces ear fatigue.

Double-tap the button to cycle through modes. A subtle tone indicates the change.

To change modes on your HearWell™ Pro:

1. Double-tap the button on either hearing aid
2. You'll hear a subtle tone indicating the mode change
3. Modes cycle in order: Conversation → Crowd → TV → Comfort → back to Conversation

Your Pro remembers the last mode used when you turn it back on.

Volume control on the HearWell™ Pro:

• Single tap: Increases volume
• Single long press (2 seconds): Decreases volume

Each hearing mode has its own volume level that's remembered independently. This means you can set Conversation mode louder than Comfort mode, for example.

Yes! Crowd mode is specifically designed to sound different. It uses advanced noise reduction to:

• Reduce background chatter and noise
• Focus on voices directly in front of you
• Lower the overall ambient sound level

This can feel unusual at first but helps you hear conversations more clearly in noisy environments. If voices sound muffled, try switching back to Conversation mode.

The HearWell™ Pro provides up to 24 hours of continuous use on a full charge. That's all day and into the evening.

Battery life varies slightly by mode:

• Conversation/Comfort: ~24 hours
• Crowd/TV: ~20-22 hours (more processing required)

The charging case provides 4+ additional full charges, giving you nearly a week of use on the go.

If your HearWell™ Pro isn't charging:

• Clean the gold charging contacts with a dry cloth
• Ensure the hearing aids click into place in the case
• Verify the case has charge (LED should light when opened)
• Try a different USB-C cable or power source

The Pro's LED shows: blinking = charging, solid green = full.

The HearWell™ Pro is designed to charge in the case only. However, with 24 hours of battery life, most users find they can wear their Pro all day and charge overnight.

Pro tip: If you need a quick boost, just 15 minutes of charging provides about 3 hours of use.

Your HearWell™ Pro includes 4 ear tip sizes (XS/S/M/L). A proper seal is crucial for the Pro's advanced features to work effectively.

The right size should:

• Create a gentle seal for optimal noise reduction
• Stay secure during head movement
• Feel comfortable for all-day wear

Most people need different sizes for each ear. Take time to try all options. This significantly affects Crowd mode performance.

Crowd mode uses active noise processing, which can cause some ear fatigue when you first start using it. This is normal!

Tips to reduce fatigue:

• Switch to Comfort mode when not in noisy environments
• Take short breaks every few hours
• Start with 1-2 hours of Crowd mode and gradually increase

Most users fully adapt within 2-3 weeks of regular use.

Your Pro includes a cleaning kit with brush and pick. Daily care:

• Wipe devices with the dry cloth after each use
• Use the brush to clean speaker and microphone openings
• Use the pick tool to carefully remove any wax buildup
• Never use water or cleaning solutions

The Pro's microphones need to stay clear for Crowd mode to work properly.

The HearWell™ Pro has enhanced water resistance (IPX5) compared to the Lite, meaning it can handle:

• Sweat during exercise
• Light rain
• Accidental splashes

However, still remove before showering or swimming. If wet, dry thoroughly with a cloth and leave in the open case overnight.
