HearWell™ Lite Support

The HearWell™ Lite uses a simple single-button control:

• Short press: Increase volume
• Long press (2 seconds): Decrease volume

Start at a lower volume and gradually increase until conversations sound natural. The Lite remembers your last volume setting.

The HearWell™ Lite is designed with simplicity in mind. The single hearing mode is optimized for everyday conversations and most environments.

This mode provides excellent clarity for:

• One-on-one conversations
• Small group discussions
• Quiet to moderate environments

If you need multiple hearing modes for different situations, consider upgrading to the HearWell™ Pro or Elite.

Feedback usually means sound is escaping from your ear. Try these solutions:

• Ensure the device is properly seated in your ear canal
• Try a larger ear tip size for a better seal
• Reduce the volume slightly
• Clean any earwax buildup from the device

The Lite's simple design makes proper fit especially important for optimal performance.

On a full charge, your HearWell™ Lite provides up to 16 hours of use. That's enough for a full day of wear.

The portable charging case provides 3-4 additional full charges, giving you up to 5 days of use before needing to plug in the case.

Tip: Charge your Lite each night to ensure you always have a full day of battery.

If your HearWell™ Lite isn't charging:

• Ensure the gold charging contacts are clean on both the device and case
• Verify the hearing aids are properly seated (you should feel a slight click)
• Check that the charging case has power (LED should illuminate when you open it)
• Try a different USB cable or power source

The LED on each device should blink while charging and turn solid when complete.

On the hearing aids:

• Blinking green: Charging
• Solid green: Fully charged
• Red flash: Low battery (charge soon)

On the charging case:

• 4 green bars: Case fully charged
• 1-3 bars: Partial charge
• Red: Case needs charging

Your HearWell™ Lite includes three ear tip sizes (S/M/L). Most people need different sizes for each ear!

The right size should:

• Create a gentle seal without pressure
• Stay in place during normal movement
• Not cause discomfort after extended wear

Start with the medium tips and adjust from there. A proper seal is crucial for the Lite's single hearing mode to work effectively.

Some initial discomfort is normal as you adjust to hearing aids. For your Lite:

• Start with 2-3 hours daily and gradually increase
• Try a smaller ear tip size
• Make sure you're not pushing them in too far
• Take breaks throughout the day

Most users find the Lite very comfortable after the first 1-2 weeks of consistent use.

Daily cleaning keeps your Lite performing its best:

• Wipe the device with the included dry cloth after each use
• Use the cleaning brush to remove debris from the speaker opening
• Never use water, alcohol, or cleaning solutions
• Store in the charging case when not wearing

Replace ear tips every 2-3 months or when they become worn.

The HearWell™ Lite is splash-resistant but not waterproof. Always remove before:

• Showering or bathing
• Swimming
• Heavy rain

If your Lite gets wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth and leave it in the open charging case overnight to air dry. Do not use heat.
